CURRENT HOA PRESIDENT

Current Term: 2024-2026

I have been on the Board since 2019. I truly enjoy our beautiful pool and especially love participating in water aerobics. Alongside my husband, Russ, we host Friday Nighters and put together the monthly newsletter and calendar. My goal is to help ensure our community continues to run smoothly while preserving the beauty and functionality we all value and expect.

Current Term: 2025-2027

Born in Omaha, NE which established my conservative values. Graduated from UC Berkeley Engineering and Stanford Graduate Business schools in the 60’s.  40+ years in manufacturing and materials management, organizing and directing small to large groups of personnel and equipment. I have utilized my analytical capabilities to find better ways to improve and maintain operations and control expenses at Flora Park.

CURRENT HOA MEMBER-AT-LARGE

Current Term: 2025-2027

I revel traveling the world with my wife Ferne. I am amazed at seeing my fourteen children and grandchildren appreciate life. I enjoy volunteering with the Ovation Emergency Preparedness Group. Keeping the community in touch with each other, through the Community Connection, is a pleasure. I love running, biking, and yoga practice.

CURRENT HOA VICE-PRESIDENT

Current Term: 2025-2027

 I, and my wife, Shirley, have been residents here since 2019. Here at Ovation, I am on the Leadership Team for the Emergency Preparedness Group, and on the First Aid Team.This will be my first term as an HOA Board Member. Shirley, and I have actively participated in Ovation’s Talent Shows, Parades, Bingos, line dances, and special dinners. I enjoy all of our amenities here at Ovation, and want to continue to safeguard them. I hope to continue the good works that  our preceding, and current board members have done for our community.

CURRENT HOA SECRETARY

Current Term: 2025-2027

I have served on the social and pickleball committees. Jim, my husband, and I continue to enjoy the amenities, especially pickleball. People from outside love our community for its uniqueness, its beauty, and ambiance. With proper upkeep, I would like to see our property continue to look beautiful in the years to come. To protect
every homeowner’s investment, my goal is to ensure that we
maintain and improve our association as deemed necessary and appropriate.
